Magnolia Springs State Park
has five cottages, three with 2 bedrooms and two with 3 bedrooms.

Rates
2 Bedroom - $60 - $75 per night
3 Bedroom - $70 - $85 per night
Rates vary by day of week and season.

Maximum Occupancy
2 Bedroom - 8 persons
3 Bedroom - 12 persons

Dog Friendly Cottage
Cottage # 5 ONLY. No pets allowed in or around other cottages. Additional fees apply.

Cottages are furnished with:

• 2 queen sized beds in each bedroom
• All linens, sheets, towels, etc
• Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, pots, pans, dishes, etc.
• All cottages, except #4 have dishwasher.
• All cottages have screened front porch with chairs and swing.
• All cottages have picnic table, grill and fire ring outside.
• All cottages are equipped with central heat and air.
• Two bedroom cottages have one bath. Three bedrooms have two baths.
